Here’s some additional information for our Subscribers.
Your history with us is very important, particularly when it comes to The Ballot. The longer you have been a subscriber, the better chance you have in scoring in The Ballot.
So, whenever you change your email address, it is imperative that you let us know. All that you need to do is email Aunty and advise your old email and your new email address.
We will go into our database and update your details. You will then receive an email confirming that your email has been changed. You must follow the instructions on this email by clicking on the link and reactivating your account. Simple!
