Delivery – where are my tickets?

Please note that all tickets purchased online were sent out at the start of November, even if they were purchased in the Ballot or Online in August or September. Delaying their delivery to you decreases the chance of tickets being lost or stolen. It is also an anti-scalping measure.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL ONCE YOUR TICKETS ARE SENT OUT.

If you do not receive your tickets within 5 business days of the “your order has been sent” email, please contact us so we can help track your order.
